Jayadev Menon, a trainer and coach, helps people find their innate strengths and abilities; his methods permit participants discover and remove the roadblocks created by their own attitude and behavior.

He has worked with three of India’s leading Corporate Houses – Godrej, Escorts and Reliance. A National Talent Scholar (NCERT) he has been actively involved in the facilitated learning process from a very young age, having been a tutor right from junior school. His love for this practice meant that he maintained the role of tutor even after he got a full time job.

Jayadev Menon has over 25 years’ of corporate experience – mainly in Sales and Business Development. He was a General Manager with Reliance Communications in his last assignment. In all three Companies he has been a trainer, coach and people developer. Both at Escotel and Reliance he has held positions of Training Head. At Escotel he helped set up the entire Sales Training framework and personally conducted 100s of hours of training – he also conducted training on Quality Management and Customer Service.
At Reliance Communications he was involved during the launch period in the Induction of new employees and Channel Partners. Later he moved into NIS Sparta, India’s largest training organization (now a Reliance ADA Group Company). He was the head of training in Kerala for close to two years and spent another two years as Zonal Learning Head at Mumbai.

In January, 2008 Jayadev launched a Training and Development organization named AKSH People Transformation. The organization’s credo is that the solutions to one’s problems and concerns lie within oneself. AKSH will participate in the discovery process through insightful and thought provoking inputs. The specific areas of expertise are: Leadership, Coaching, Managerial Effectiveness, Sales Consultancy & Training, Service Excellence, Team Building, Personal Effectiveness and Performance Management.

Recently Jayadev Menon completed the certification process for conducting Miller Heiman Inc, USA Business-to-Business Sales Process Consultancy & Training solutions.
