Okpugie.is a senior Business/Finance Correspondent with The Guardian Newspaper, Nigeria. since 1992. He also worked with the Nigerian Airforce. He has obtained B.A.(Combined Honours Degree)in English/Linguistics, from the University of Jos, Nigeria (1990); and a Professional Post-Graduate Diploma in Mass-communications, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria (1992).
