Our Effort

Our initiative focuses on promoting chemical-free farming techniques that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. We work closely with local farmers in Deoghar and Jamtara districts to revive traditional seed varieties, helping preserve biodiversity and improve crop resilience. Training sessions and community workshops are organised regularly to encourage adoption of these practises, leading to healthier ecosystems and better livelihoods for farmers.

We are promoting skill development among women and adolescents through vocational training programs in Deoghar (Jharkhand) and Munger (Bihar). The initiative provides practical training in Sewing Machine Operation, Mushroom Cultivation, Soft Toy Making, and Agarbatti Making to improve self-employment and livelihood opportunities.

Through this program, more than 262 adolescents and women have been supported with skill-based training and entrepreneurship opportunities for sustainable income generation

We work to improve access to quality education for children in Deoghar and Pakur districts of Jharkhand. Our initiatives include remedial classes, enrollment campaigns, and educational activities such as quizzes, painting competitions, and awareness programs to encourage learning and school participation.

Through these efforts, more than 500 children from tribal and marginalized communities have been supported to continue their education and improve their learning outcomes.

We work to improve community health in Deoghar and Giridih districts of Jharkhand through eye health camps, cleft lip patient identification and referral support, and the promotion of yoga and healthy lifestyles.

Our initiatives have supported more than 200 elderly people and children by improving access to healthcare services and health awareness at the community level

We work to improve Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) practices in the Deoghar, Jamtara, and Godda districts of Jharkhand. Our activities include IHHL construction, school toilet construction, community awareness programs, and capacity building of key stakeholders.

Through these initiatives, we have reached more than 5,000 community members, 100+ PRI representatives, and 200+ frontline workers to promote safe sanitation and healthy hygiene practices.

We work with adolescents in the Deoghar, Jamtara, and Pakur districts of Jharkhand to promote awareness on gender equality, menstrual hygiene management (MHM), life skills, sports activities, and skill development.

Through community-based activities and training programs, more than 200 adolescents have been connected and empowered to build confidence, leadership, and healthy life practices.
